This is Fit Mom Terrie doing an exercise called Fit Mom mobile to sculpt the shoulders and arms. She is a Fit Mom Online Gym Member and trains 3 days per week with my online workouts. How to do it: Stand with your feet hip width, abs tight. Hold a weight in your hands, elbows slightly bent. Exhale as you slowly raise the weight to chest level. Turn the weight like a steering wheel both directions. Lower back to starting position. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
