Hey Fit Moms! Whether you watch the BIG GAME or the AWESOME COMMERCIALS, here are 4 Great Make Ahead Super Bowl (or any party time) Recipes so you can watch the show AND serve healthy delicious food.  I prep all 4 in the morning.  The Wings are great for Kick Off. Turn the chili on in the morning, bring the salad out of the refrigerator and they’re ready for 1/2 time.

  • Blitzed Baked Wings –  Make as spicy or as mild as you want. Simple, only a handful of ingredients! Baked NOT fried šŸ™‚

  • High PROtein Dip – So easy and it’s ALWAYS gone before kick off! Make extra!

  • Fit Mom Chili – Make on the stove OR in the slow cooker. Tip: Serve with high protein Greek Yogurt instead of sourcream

Super (Bowl) Salad – Easily customizable and simple to toss together. Colorful, lots of fresh texture! I love adding edamame and red cabbage.
