SPIDER WOMAN PUSH UPS

This challenging exercise is a killer compound move that calls upon multiple muscle groups at once. Think: more done in the same amount of time ️

Strengthen your chest, sculpt your shoulders, tighten your arms and get a super strong core with SPIDER WOMAN PUSHUPS.

How to do them: support your body on a fitness bench or floor. Core tight, elbows slightly bent, hips down so your body is in. Straight line, head to heels.

The move: from this position, slower lower down until your chest is an inch or two from the floor or bench (most people don’t go down far enough and cheat themselves out of better results). At the same time, bring your left knee up toward your left shoulder. Hold a beat. Exhale as you push up to starting position. Repeat as many as you can for 1 minute 3 rounds
