Sculpt a Sexy Booty with 1 Move

Here is a challenging exercise that really works to tone your entire core, and butt.

Starting position: Lie on your side, hips stacked. Beginner have hip on the floor. Int/Adv hip up in a side plank. Knees slightly bent. Place a stability ball between your upper leg and wall.

The move: Keeping a super tight core, slowly roll the ball up and down the wall. Isolate your glutes / butt and press back toward the wall the entire time.
