Fit Fruit Tarts
Only 3 Ingredients needed. Naturally sweet, no sugar added, delicious dessert in 15 minutes. Satisfies any sweet tooth with ZERO guilt.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Remove pie crusts from refrigerator so they will be room temperature.
  2. Put fruit in medium mixing bowl. Add flour. Fold together without bruising the fruit.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, foil or silicone baking tray. Lay both pie crusts flat on cookie sheet.
  4. Divide fruit mixture between both pie crusts.
  5. Gently scallop edges of pie crusts until it is enclosed, leaving an opening in the center of the Tart.
  6. Brush egg white on pie crusts and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Bake 10-14 minutes.
  7. Bake 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. Check after 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool. Resist temptation to eat right away as the fruit filling will be very hot.
  9. Slice and serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream. Love the crisp crust and warm fruit filling.
