RECIPE: BEST HEALTHY COOKIES EVA

Healthy Cookies! All-Natural Ingredients! No preservatives!

RECIPE:

Preheat oven 375 degrees.

1/2 C raw nuts: I used walnuts & almonds

1 C pitted dates

1 Tbs. chia seeds

1/8 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

4 Tbs. water

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

1/3 C stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips (you can use regular chocolate chips if you don’t have the kind I used)

1 Tbs. unsweetened coconut to sprinkle on at end of baking

Customize: add dried cranberries, raisins, coconut.

Directions:

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients in a food processor except chocolate chips and coconut. Fold in chips at the end when the batter is done. Use cookie scooper and place evenly on the baking sheet. Flatten with a fork.

Bake for 15-20 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with coconut, bake 5 more min. cool on a rack. ENJOY!
