Sift cacoa powder or use fork to remove clumbs. Add in other ingredients except the milk. Mix well.
Gradually add milk so it is like a paste.
Add remaining milk and mix well.
Fold in chia seeds.
Put into single serving, airtight containers, we like using small mason jars.
Chill in refrigerator for 4-5 hours until firm and the consistency of pudding.
Serve topped with a squirt of whipped cream (only 10 calories per squirt), dark chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut, berries, bananas, any fresh fruit it so refreshing, healthy and delicious. Stay Fit, Moms!
