Chin-ups vs Pull-ups

I love my little fit kid!  She’s my little mini me and loves to work out like mommy .  She does chin ups and pull ups Everyday! Even in a pink sundress!

Chin-ups versus pull ups:

Chin-ups you have an underhand position.  Pull-ups use an overhand position with your palms facing forward. Chin-ups use more biceps muscle to do the move.  Pull-ups incorporate more muscles in your back to pull up your body.  Pull ups are more difficult to do.

Here is my 7 year old doing a pull up “189 Mommy!”  She does a 5-10 everyday and adds them all up
