Apple Cinnamon Egg White French Toast

Delicious for Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices sour dough bread
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 diced apple
  • 1 splash milk (any type of milk)
  • cinnamon
  • coconut oil

Directions:

Super easy & fast recipe. Heat coconut oil on low. Add diced apples. In separate pan, add coconut oil and heat on medium. Scramble egg whites and milk. Slice bread. Dip bread into egg mixture and put in heated pan. Brown both sides. Serve with protein shake, coffee, water, diced apples, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Aloha!
