I love everything about health and fitness. My passion in life is to motivate and inspire everyone of all ages, all fitness levels to incorporate fitness into their lifestyle. On Kiana’s Flex Appeal, the #1 rated fitness show of all time, I motivate millions in 100 countries on ESPN. Now I want to help motivate children around the world to be more active and make healthy choices. On Flex Appeal, I led a Kids to Seniors workout to show that all ages can benefit from simple exercises.

This month, I am putting on a fun Mini Fit Kids Boot Camp in the community. In addition to lots of exercise, races, fitness games and obstacle courses, I am having them make this adorable Fit Kids edible food art. I will give them all the fruit and veggies unarranged and they can create their own edible healthy Fit Kid snack. Thought you might like to take a look and try it with your kids, school or community family event.
Children need a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise per day. Part of which should be muscle strengthening activities. Kiana Tom
