Hi Fit Moms! Ever since I’ve been in the fitness industry, I’ve done this. Whenever I go to the grocery store, I buy twice the amount of eggs I need. For example, I’ll buy 2 dozen instead of 1 dozen I’ll keep one dozen for cooking, baking, making eggs. But I hard boil the other dozen for easy grab-n-go protein source for breakfast, lunch, healthy snack.
