eGym: Hawaiian Punch Workout – Chest / Back & Biceps / Triceps

In this workout I lead you through a strength training circuit that focuses on opposing muscle groups: chest / back.  Biceps / triceps.  By switching back and forth between opposing muscles, we are able to train non stop, yet still allow each muscle group time to rest inbetween sets.
