How to make them: Fill mason jars with Greek Yogurt (more protein than standard yogurt and less sugar). Layer your favorite fruit, trail mix, dried fruit (sulfur free), nuts. For example, I’ll buy 2 dozen instead of 1 dozen I’ll keep one dozen for cooking, baking, making eggs.
